Use Of Website

You agree to use DealsClick.com only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the website, its security, its operation, or the rights of other users.

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout, scrape data without authorization, submit false information, or use the website for fraudulent activity.

Product Information

DealsClick makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information, descriptions, images, pricing, availability, specifications, and related content.

However, product information may contain errors, omissions, outdated details, supplier changes, manufacturer updates, or system issues.

Product images may be representative and may not always show every variation, accessory, packaging detail, or included component.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details before purchasing and contacting DealsClick with questions before placing an order.

Pricing Errors And System Errors

DealsClick reserves the right to cancel any order resulting from pricing errors, product information errors, inventory errors, website errors, supplier errors, or system errors.

If an order is canceled due to an error, DealsClick will notify the customer and issue a refund when applicable.

Order Acceptance

Receiving an order confirmation does not mean that an order has been accepted, fulfilled, or shipped.

DealsClick may review orders for product availability, payment verification, shipping feasibility, pricing accuracy, fraud prevention, and account approval.

DealsClick reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its discretion.

Payment

Customers must provide accurate payment and billing information.

Orders may be delayed or canceled if payment cannot be processed, verified, or approved.

Shipping

Shipping is governed by the DealsClick Shipping Policy.

DealsClick currently ships within the contiguous United States only. DealsClick does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, international destinations, or PO Boxes.

Most orders process within 2 to 5 business days, although processing times may be longer for bulk orders, freight shipments, special orders, product sourcing requests, and high-volume projects.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Returns And RMA

Returns are governed by the DealsClick Returns & RMA Policy.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and require prior authorization and an approved RMA number.

Eligible non-defective returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%, depending on the product category and supplier requirements.

Warranty

Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer and product.

DealsClick does not provide a separate blanket product warranty.

After 30 days from delivery, warranty claims should generally be submitted directly to the manufacturer.

Business Accounts

Approved Business Account customers may receive access to exclusive B2B pricing and purchasing support services.

Business Account approval may take up to 5 business days. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.

DealsClick may approve, deny, suspend, or revoke Business Account access at its discretion.

Purchase Orders

DealsClick accepts purchase orders from approved businesses, government agencies, schools, universities, and nonprofit organizations.

Purchase order acceptance is subject to review and approval.

Submitting a purchase order does not automatically grant Net 30 payment terms.

Credit And Net Terms

DealsClick offers Net 30 payment terms to approved business customers only.

Net 30 approval requires a credit application, business verification, credit review, and two trade references.

Past due balances may be assessed a finance charge of 1.5% per month.

For delinquent accounts, DealsClick reserves the right to suspend future orders, suspend credit privileges, require prepayment, refer the account to collections, and take other actions permitted by law or contract.

Tax Exemption

Tax exemption requires submission and approval of a valid exemption certificate before tax-free purchases can be processed.

Submitting a certificate does not automatically make an account tax exempt.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and valid exemption documentation.

Product Sourcing

DealsClick may assist customers with sourcing products that are not listed online.

Sourcing availability, pricing, lead time, and product availability are not guaranteed and may depend on manufacturer and supplier response.

Non-Returnable And Restricted Products

Certain products may be non-returnable or subject to additional restrictions, including clearance items, custom products, made-to-order products, special-order products, hazardous materials, SDS-regulated chemicals, certain safety products, opened software, installed products, used products, and certain electrical components.

Account Information

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account, billing, shipping, tax exemption, and contact information.

Customers are responsible for activity under their account.

Third-Party Links

DealsClick.com may contain links to third-party websites. DealsClick is not responsible for third-party websites, content, products, services, or policies.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DealsClick is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website, product purchases, shipping delays, product availability, or third-party carrier issues.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes To These Terms

DealsClick may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date.
