Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer and product. DealsClick does not provide a separate blanket product warranty on all products sold through the website.
Manufacturer Warranty Coverage
Many products may include a manufacturer warranty. Warranty length, coverage, exclusions, claim process, and required documentation vary by manufacturer and product type.
Customers should review the manufacturer's warranty information included with the product or contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service.
Within 30 Days Of Delivery
If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact DealsClick within 30 days of delivery.
DealsClick may assist with a return request under the Returns & RMA Policy.
DealsClick does not offer exchanges. If a replacement product is needed, the customer may place a new order.
After 30 Days From Delivery
After 30 days from delivery, warranty claims should generally be submitted directly to the manufacturer.
The manufacturer may require proof of purchase, serial number, model number, photos, troubleshooting steps, or product registration information.
