Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with DealsClick. We are committed to providing a clear and reliable shipping experience for our customers.
Shipping Coverage
DealsClick currently ships within the contiguous United States only.
We do not currently ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- APO/FPO addresses
- U.S. territories
- International destinations
- PO Boxes
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days.
Processing time may be longer for:
- Bulk orders
- Freight shipments
- Special-order products
- Product sourcing requests
- High-volume purchasing projects
- Orders requiring additional shipping verification
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Methods
Orders may ship through one or more of the following carriers:
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS
- DHL eCommerce
- LTL freight carriers
Carrier selection is based on product size, weight, destination, warehouse location, and shipping method availability.
Expedited Shipping
DealsClick does not currently offer expedited or express shipping.
Multiple Warehouses And Fulfillment Partners
DealsClick is headquartered in New York City and fulfills orders through a network of distribution centers, warehouses, and fulfillment partners located throughout the United States.
As a result:
- Items within the same order may ship separately
- Multiple tracking numbers may be issued
- Products may arrive on different dates
- Your package may ship from a warehouse or supplier outside New York
Free Shipping
Many qualifying ground shipments under 100 lbs receive free shipping within the contiguous United States.
Additional shipping charges may apply for:
- Oversized products
- Freight shipments
- Dimensional weight items
- Remote delivery locations
- Residential freight deliveries
- Liftgate service requests
- Special handling requirements
Some products may weigh less than 100 lbs but still require freight or additional shipping charges due to dimensional weight, package size, length, or handling requirements.
If additional shipping charges are required, DealsClick will contact the customer before processing the order.
Freight Deliveries
Large, heavy, or oversized products may ship by LTL freight carrier.
Standard freight service is curbside delivery only. Curbside delivery means the carrier delivers the shipment to the curb, driveway, loading dock, or accessible delivery point. The carrier is not responsible for bringing products inside, unpacking items, placing products in a specific room, or removing packaging.
Liftgate service may be available for an additional charge. Customers who require liftgate service should request it before the order is processed.
Freight Inspection Requirements
Customers should inspect freight shipments before signing for delivery.
If damage is visible:
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt or bill of lading
- Take photographs of the shipment, packaging, and product
- Retain all packaging materials
- Contact DealsClick within 24 hours of delivery
Failure to report freight damage promptly may affect the ability to file a carrier claim.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery dates shown on the website, at checkout, or through a carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Transit times may vary due to:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Freight scheduling
- Product availability
- Warehouse processing
- High shipping volume
Address Changes
Shipping address changes may be requested within one hour of order placement.
Once an order enters processing or ships, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within one hour of placement for a full refund.
After that time, the order may already be in processing and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost or tracking has stopped updating, please contact DealsClick immediately.
DealsClick will review the tracking information and work with the carrier to help investigate and resolve the issue when appropriate.
Delivered But Not Received
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please check nearby delivery areas, mailrooms, front desks, receiving departments, parcel lockers, neighbors, and household members.
If the package is still missing, contact DealsClick as soon as possible so we can assist with the carrier process.
Refused Or Undeliverable Shipments
Refused deliveries and undeliverable shipments are treated as returns.
The following may apply:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund
- Restocking fees may apply according to the Returns & RMA Policy
Signature Requirements
DealsClick reserves the right to require a signature upon delivery for high-value orders, freight shipments, or orders that require additional delivery verification.
