Tax Exemption

Eligible customers may submit tax exemption documentation to DealsClick for review.
Tax exemption status must be approved before tax-free purchases can be processed.
Who May Apply?
Tax exemption may be available to eligible organizations, including:
- Government agencies
- Schools
- Universities
- Nonprofit organizations
- Resellers
- Other qualified tax-exempt organizations
Approval Required Before Tax-Free Orders
Submitting a certificate does not automatically make an account tax exempt.
DealsClick must review and approve the exemption certificate before tax-free purchases can be processed.
Taxes will continue to apply until approval is completed.
What To Submit
Customers should submit a valid exemption certificate and any required supporting documentation.
Please include:
- Organization name
- Contact name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Billing address
- Shipping address
- State or jurisdiction of exemption
- Certificate number if applicable
- Completed exemption certificate
- Business Account email address if applicable
Business Accounts
Tax exemption can be connected to an approved Business Account when applicable.
A Business Account does not automatically grant tax exemption. Tax exemption requires separate documentation and approval.
Prior Orders
Tax exemption should be approved before placing tax-free orders. DealsClick cannot guarantee tax adjustments or refunds for orders placed before exemption approval.
Certificate Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current exemption documentation. DealsClick may request updated documentation if a certificate expires, is incomplete, or cannot be verified.
