Returns & RMA

Returns & RMA Policy
At DealsClick, we want every customer to understand the return process before sending an item back. Please review the policy below before requesting a return.
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Requests submitted after 30 days may not be eligible for return approval.
RMA Required
All returns require prior authorization and an approved RMA number.
RMA means Return Merchandise Authorization.
Returns sent without authorization may be refused, delayed, returned to the sender, or denied.
How To Request A Return
To request a return, contact DealsClick Customer Service and include:
- Order number
- Name on the order
- Email address used at checkout
- Product being returned
- Reason for return
- Photos if the item is damaged, defective, used, installed, or missing parts
Once your request is reviewed, DealsClick will provide return instructions if the return is approved.
Return Addresses
Return instructions and return addresses are provided after RMA approval.
DealsClick does not publish one universal return address because products may ship from different warehouses, suppliers, and fulfillment partners.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for buyer's remorse returns and other non-defective returns.
DealsClick may provide a return shipping label upon request. If a return label is provided, the cost of the label may be deducted from the final refund.
Packaging Requirements
Products must be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
Returned products should include all parts, manuals, accessories, inserts, hardware, and packaging materials included with the original shipment.
Products returned without original packaging, missing components, or altered packaging may be subject to deductions or may be denied.
Return Inspection
All returned merchandise is subject to inspection before final refund approval.
Inspection may review product condition, packaging condition, missing parts, signs of use, signs of installation, damage, serial numbers, and whether the product matches the approved RMA.
Non-Defective Returns
Eligible non-defective returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%, depending on the product category and supplier requirements.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Used, Installed, Damaged, Or Incomplete Returns
Products showing signs of use, installation, damage, missing parts, missing accessories, altered packaging, or non-resalable condition may receive a reduced refund of up to 50% or may be denied entirely.
Defective Merchandise
Defective merchandise must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
DealsClick does not offer exchanges.
Customers may return defective merchandise for a refund. Once carrier tracking confirms that the return shipment has been received by the return facility, DealsClick may begin processing the refund.
Customers who wish to receive another item may place a new order.
Damaged Shipments
If your product arrives damaged, contact DealsClick as soon as possible.
For freight shipments, damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Customers should inspect freight shipments before signing, note visible damage on the delivery receipt or bill of lading, take photographs, and retain all packaging materials.
Non-Returnable Products
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Clearance items
- Custom products
- Made-to-order products
- Special-order products
- Hazardous materials
- SDS-regulated chemicals
- Certain safety products
- Opened software
- Installed products
- Used products
- Certain electrical components
- Items missing original packaging or required components
- Products not approved under an RMA
Refused Deliveries
Refused deliveries are treated as returns.
Restocking fees, return shipping charges, and non-refundable original shipping charges may apply.
Refund Timing
Refund timing may vary depending on the return reason, carrier tracking, inspection status, payment processor, and financial institution.
Once a refund is issued, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on the original payment method.
Manufacturer Warranty
Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer and product. After 30 days from delivery, warranty claims should generally be handled directly through the manufacturer.
DealsClick can assist customers with verifying warranty information when possible.
