  • Photos if the item arrived damaged

For product questions, include:

  • Part number or UPC if available
  • A link to the product page if available

For business purchasing questions, include:

  • Company name
  • Type of business or organization
  • Products or categories you purchase
  • Estimated quantity or project details
  • Any tax exemption, purchase order, or Net 30 request details
