Credit & Net Terms

DealsClick offers Net 30 payment terms to approved business customers.
Net 30 terms are not automatic and require review and approval.
Who Can Apply?
Any qualifying business may apply for Net 30 terms. Approval is not limited to Business Account customers, although Business Account customers may be better suited for ongoing purchasing support.
Application Requirements
Applicants must provide:
- Completed credit application
- Business verification information
- Authorization for credit review
- Two trade references
DealsClick may request additional information if needed to complete the review.
Approval Process
All credit applications are reviewed by DealsClick.
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
DealsClick may approve, deny, suspend, adjust, or revoke credit privileges at its discretion.
Net 30 Payment Terms
Approved Net 30 customers must pay invoices within 30 days from the applicable invoice date or according to the terms stated on the invoice.
Credit Line Usage
Approved customers may place orders up to their available credit limit.
There is no minimum order amount if sufficient credit is available under the approved credit line.
Customers without an approved credit line may place orders using available checkout payment methods.
Late Payments
Past due balances may be assessed a finance charge of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances.
Delinquent Accounts
If an account becomes delinquent, DealsClick reserves the right to:
- Suspend future orders
- Suspend credit privileges
- Require prepayment on future purchases
- Refer the account to collections
- Take other actions permitted by law or contract
No Personal Guarantee
DealsClick does not currently require a personal guarantee for Net 30 applications.
Purchase Orders And Net Terms
Submitting a purchase order does not automatically grant Net 30 terms. Net 30 terms require separate approval.
Tax Exemption
Tax exemption is separate from Net 30 approval. Customers seeking tax-exempt purchasing must submit a valid exemption certificate and receive approval before tax-free purchases can be processed.
