Orders
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within one hour of placement for a full refund. After that period, the order may already be in processing and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return according to the Returns & RMA Policy.
Can I change my shipping address?
Shipping address changes may be requested within one hour of order placement. Once an order enters processing or ships, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
Why was my order canceled?
DealsClick may cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable, if there is a pricing error, if product information is incorrect, if there is a system error, if payment cannot be verified, or if additional shipping charges are required and not approved by the customer.
If an order is canceled, DealsClick will notify the customer and issue a refund when applicable.
What happens if an item is out of stock after I place my order?
Inventory availability may change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, DealsClick will contact you with available options. Depending on the situation, options may include waiting for replenishment, choosing another product, or receiving a refund.
Can my order arrive in multiple shipments?
Yes. DealsClick is headquartered in New York City and fulfills orders through a network of distribution centers, warehouses, and fulfillment partners throughout the United States. Items within the same order may ship separately, receive different tracking numbers, and arrive on different dates.
Shipping
Where does DealsClick ship?
DealsClick currently ships within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
How long does order processing take?
Most orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. Processing may take longer for bulk orders, freight shipments, special-order products, sourced products, and large projects.
Which carriers do you use?
Orders may ship through UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL eCommerce, or LTL freight carriers. Carrier selection depends on product size, product weight, warehouse location, and delivery destination.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
DealsClick does not currently offer expedited or express shipping.
Do you offer free shipping?
Many qualifying ground shipments under 100 lbs receive free shipping within the contiguous United States. Oversized products, freight shipments, dimensional-weight items, remote delivery locations, residential freight deliveries, liftgate service, and special handling requirements may result in additional charges.
If additional shipping charges are required, DealsClick will contact the customer before processing the order.
Why has my tracking not updated?
Tracking information may take time to update after a shipping label is created. A label may be created before the carrier physically scans the package. Tracking updates may also be delayed due to carrier processing, warehouse pickup schedules, freight carrier scheduling, weather, or high package volume.
What if my package appears lost?
Contact DealsClick immediately if tracking stops updating or your package appears lost. DealsClick will help open or follow up on a carrier investigation when appropriate.
What if tracking says delivered but I did not receive the package?
Check around your delivery location, mailroom, lobby, receiving area, front desk, building office, or with household members. If the package is still missing, contact DealsClick as soon as possible so we can review the tracking and assist with the carrier process.
Freight Delivery
What is freight delivery?
Large or oversized products may ship by LTL freight carrier. Freight shipments are different from standard parcel shipments and may require delivery appointments, special equipment, or unloading arrangements.
What type of freight delivery does DealsClick provide?
Standard freight delivery is curbside delivery only. The carrier is not responsible for bringing products inside, unpacking items, placing products in a specific room, or removing packaging.
Is liftgate service included?
Liftgate service is not automatically included. Liftgate service may be available for an additional charge. If liftgate service is needed, the customer should request it before the order is processed.
What should I do when a freight shipment arrives?
Inspect the shipment before signing. If damage is visible, note the damage on the delivery receipt, take photographs of the shipment and packaging, retain all packaging materials, and contact DealsClick within 24 hours of delivery.
Returns
How long do I have to request a return?
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Do I need an RMA number?
Yes. All returns require prior authorization and an approved RMA number. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
Who pays return shipping?
For buyer's remorse returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. DealsClick may provide a return label and deduct the label cost from the refund.
Are restocking fees charged?
Eligible non-defective returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%, depending on the product category and supplier requirements.
Can I return a used or installed product?
Products showing signs of use, installation, damage, missing parts, or altered packaging may receive a reduced refund or may be denied entirely.
What items are non-returnable?
Non-returnable items may include clearance items, custom products, made-to-order products, special-order products, hazardous materials, SDS-regulated chemicals, certain safety products, opened software, installed products, used products, and certain electrical components.
Do you offer exchanges?
No. DealsClick does not offer exchanges. If you need another item, you may place a new order.
