DealsClick accepts purchase orders from approved businesses, government agencies, schools, universities, and nonprofit organizations.
Who Can Submit Purchase Orders?
Purchase orders may be accepted from:
- Approved businesses
- Government agencies
- Schools
- Universities
- Nonprofit organizations
- Institutional buyers
- Approved Business Account customers
Purchase Order Review
All purchase orders are subject to review and approval by DealsClick.
Submitting a purchase order does not guarantee order acceptance, product availability, pricing approval, or credit approval.
Purchase Orders And Net 30 Terms
Purchase order acceptance does not automatically grant Net 30 payment terms.
Net 30 terms require a separate application and approval process, including:
- Credit application
- Business verification
- Credit review
- Two trade references
Customers without approved Net 30 terms may still be required to pay before an order is processed.
What To Include On A Purchase Order
To help avoid delays, purchase orders should include:
- Company or organization name
- Billing address
- Shipping address
- Contact name
- Contact email
- Contact phone number
- Purchase order number
- Product descriptions
- Part numbers or SKUs
- Quantities
- Approved pricing or quote reference
- Shipping instructions
- Tax exemption details if applicable
- Authorized signature if required by the organization

Pricing and availability may change until an order is reviewed and accepted by DealsClick.
DealsClick reserves the right to reject or cancel purchase orders with incorrect pricing, unavailable products, incomplete information, shipping issues, or account approval issues.
