Use your tracking number to follow the latest shipment status for your order.

Where To Find Your Tracking Number

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Why Tracking May Not Update Right Away

A tracking number may be created before the carrier physically scans the package. Tracking updates may also take additional time due to warehouse pickup schedules, carrier processing, freight scheduling, weather, or high package volume.

If tracking shows a label was created, this means the shipment has been prepared for carrier pickup or carrier processing. The next tracking update usually appears after the carrier scans the package.

Multiple Shipments

DealsClick is headquartered in New York City and fulfills orders through a network of distribution centers, warehouses, and fulfillment partners throughout the United States.

As a result, items within the same order may ship separately, receive different tracking numbers, and arrive on different dates.

Tracking From A Different State

Your order may ship from a fulfillment center, supplier, or warehouse located outside New York. This is normal and helps us fulfill orders from the best available location.

Lost Or Stalled Tracking

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package appears lost, contact DealsClick as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Tracking number
  • Name on the order
  • Shipping address
  • Brief description of the issue

DealsClick will review the shipment and assist with the carrier investigation when appropriate.

Delivered But Not Received

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, please check:

  • Front door
  • Side door
  • Mailbox or parcel locker
  • Reception desk
  • Mailroom
  • Building office
  • Receiving department
  • Neighbors or household members

If the package is still missing, contact DealsClick immediately so we can review the tracking details and assist with the next steps.

Freight Tracking

Freight shipments may update differently than parcel shipments. Some freight shipments require appointment scheduling or may update only after terminal scans. If you need help with a freight shipment, contact DealsClick with your order number and tracking information.
