Shipping information

Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery timing depends on item availability, warehouse location, carrier service, order size, and delivery address.

Eligible orders under 150lbs qualify for free standard shipping. Oversized, heavy, freight, hazardous, remote-area, or special-handling orders may require additional review.

Returns and exchanges

Before sending any product back, submit a return or RMA request so our team can review the order and provide next steps. Items generally must be unused, in original packaging, and eligible for return unless the request involves damage, a shipment issue, or an incorrect item.

What should customers do if an item arrives damaged?

Keep all packaging and take photos of the product, shipping label, carton, and visible damage. Contact Dealsclick as soon as possible with your order number so our team can review the issue.

Do some items require freight shipping?

Yes. Heavy, oversized, hazardous, regulated, or multi-carton orders may require freight shipping, special handling, appointments, liftgate service, or shipping adjustments before fulfillment.
