How many items do you sell?
We sell 25 items a day. One item per hour as well as an additional item which runs
all day(from Midnight-11:59pm EST) until the item sells out.
What if I missed an item or an item sold out?
Please email our Customer Service department
to check availabilty and see if we can provide assistance in securing your requested
item. However since we cannot guarantee availability, your best option is to purchase
when the listing is active.
Do we charge tax?
Yes, we charge sales tax within NY State.
What are the price comparisons?
We are so sure that our prices are way below retail we post other internet retailers
prices to validate it.
How long will it take to receive my item?
Generally, all items are shipped within 24 hours out of our warehouse. Transit time
varies on where you reside. You can

Where do we ship?
We will ship anywhere in the US including Alaska & Hawaii as well as Canada.
How much does shipping cost?
Every item will have a flat shipping fee posted for the continental US which is
set per item not per purchase. Because of the higher rates for AK & HI, there
will be a different price for shipping there. There will also be set prices for
each province in Canada. For Canadian shipments, UPS will collect the appropriate
taxes\duty\customs brokerage fees upon delivery. We highly recommend calling UPS(800-742-5877)
to compute those fees before ordering.
What is the warranty of the items being sold?
Each item will be covered under warranty by the manufacturer or 3rd party service
center and we will specify per item what the warranty will be.
Do we accept returns?
We do not accept any returns except if unit is defective within 14 days of receipt
where we will either give you an exchange(if item still in stock) or provide a refund.
We will not provide refund if there is buyer�s remorse. Certain items will not have
any return privileges and those items will be noted as such.
How can I pay for my item?
We accept PayPal, Visa, Discover, Mastercard & American Express.
How many pieces can we buy?
Generally, we do not limit quantity purchases but we may sometimes do and will provide
notice.
What is the condition of the items being sold?
All items sold will be new, reconditioned or open box and each listing will specify
exactly which.
